- 2 potatoes sliced and peeled
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 3-4 tablespoons maida or cornflour
- Oil to deep fry
For the base:
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 tablespoon honey
- Spring onion with stalk and fried
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 capsicum sliced
- Salt to taste
How to make Honey Chili Potatoes?
Preparing potatoes:
Take cornflour or maida, salt and red chili powder in a bowl.
Add sliced potatoes in it and mix them well until the potatoes are coated properly.
In a wok take oil and deep fry the potatoes till they become golden. Keep them aside.
Preparing the base:
Add oil, garlic paste, and spring onions in a wok. Sauté on high heat for 1 minute.
Add capsicum, salt, soya sauce, chill sauce. Sauté it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the deep-fried potatoes and sesame seeds.
Mix them well and serve hot
Honey oatmeal cookies

Ingredients for honey oatmeal cookies:
- ½ cup granule sugar
- one and a half butter or margarine that is softened
- ½ a cup honey
- 1 egg
- ½ cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- one tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- One cup whole wheat flour
- ½ tablespoon baking soda
- ¼ tablespoon salt
- 1 cup raisins, butterscotch, or chocolate chips
How to prepare honey oatmeal cookies:
Take butter and beat some butter in a bowl till it is thoroughly blended. Add some honey to it till it blends.
Blend in egg and vanilla mix until it smoothens.
In another bowl, mix oats, flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Blend some honey into the mixture. Add raisins and chips to it.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake it for 12 to 14 minutes at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes till the cookies turn golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven to cool them for 2 to 3 minutes before you remove the baking sheet.
Cool them completely then store these cookies in an airtight container.

1 ½ cups of plain yogurt
A pinch of table salt
7 tablespoons of honey
½ a cup of water
Ice as required
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Put some yogurt, honey, salt, and lemon in a mixer jar and blend till it becomes smooth.
Add water to adjust the consistency. Blend the mixture again.
